Book P9 conference room

Here you can book the P9 conference room. It is available to all initiatives, university groups, project groups and Fachschaftsräte. If you are planning a team meeting of your initiative or want to have a project planning day: then this is the right place for you.

The room can be booked on weekdays for the time slots 10 am to 2 pm or 3 pm to 9 pm. If you need the room all day, then simply book both time slots.

If the booking process was successful, you will receive a booking confirmation from the AStA-Service. The key can be picked up at the AStA-Service (ME U 205) during opening hours. Immediately after the event, the key must be returned so that the key is available again for the next booking. If the AStA-Service is already closed, this can also be done via the mailbox “P9-Schlüsselrückgabe” in the Mensa foyer next to the Grill Café.
